New Minted lamb kebab from The Big Kitchen: The new and improved minted lamb kebab is made a different way for a better texture and is available to foodservice for the first time. The recipe is the same and still has the authentic flavour as the previous incarnation. It is produced from quality lamb seasoned with mint and garlic, and placed on a skewer. The Big Kitchen recommends serving as part of sharing plates and platters.

“We are confident our customers will appreciate the new, improved minted lamb kebab,” said Jonathan Ashmore, commercial director. “It goes to show that a small change can make a massive difference.”
