The Big Kitchen has introduced a new vegetable option to its successful Satay range - which it says is an easy way for caterers to update their menus, meet the growing demand for more meat-free options and harness the market for casual dining. Vegetable Satay, which can be grilled or steamed, is described as a "combination of sweetcorn, carrots, peas and red peppers combined with an authentic mix of herbs and spices, which is sure to be a hit with diners of all ages and tastes."
